The promotional video for the Rajasthan Royal’s is out featuring the svelte Shilpa in a striped Manish Malhotra lehenga, a formal suit and a team jersey with white denims.

It doesn’t surprise me that she picked a Manish creation for the routine but I am surprised that the lehenga wasn’t in the team color, which is blue.

P.S. The runway version is a different variation.

Spotted on Malaika, the same Tarun Tahiliani gown that was worn by Shilpa at the Dom Pérignon Oenotheque 1993 event back in 2007.

We think they both wear the cut-out gown well. You?

For a bash in Jaipur for her team, Shilpa wore a pink Manish Malhotra anarkali style outfit that had a tiered skirt and paired it with her gold Louis Vuitton Limelight clutch.

Shilpa, of late, has been having more misses than hits and this tiered number just adds to her miss list! I, for one, hate anything tiered, what about you? Like this number on her?

Going For Gold!

At the bash for her team ‘Rajasthan Royals’, Shilpa seemed like she was setting the tone as to her expectations of the team by wearing gold from head-to-toe. (Reminding them of the IPL trophy, were we Shilpa? 😉 )

Now, the gown reminds me of Jennifer Lopez and her Marchesa gown from the 2009 Golden Globes and while, Jennifer played down her accessories to let the gown talk, Shilpa accessorized with chunky gold Kundan jewellery to play off of the gold buttons on her gown.

Did it work for her? We think not. Bling overload was more like it! You?

For the launch of Iosis Medispa, Shilpa wore a Versace halter dress paired with gold and black sandals.

While, I loved the dress on her, I can’t quite bring myself to like the sandals. You like?
