Samantha attended the ANR Awards wearing a blue Anita Dongre lehenga with a gold choli and a statement Amrapali necklace. Considering the event, part of me wishes that she had added a dupatta to finish out the look, especially considering the choli was backless.

But, I have to admit, she wears the lehenga with elegance. On some others, the dupatta-less look might have looked crude.

Samantha unveiled the 2014 Times Food Guide in Chennai recently wearing a cutout Koëcsh top with a printed Burberry skirt. We’ve mostly seen Samantha in formal or desi look, so this youthful one made for quite a welcome change.

For her appearance on the sets of a television show, Samantha picked a red Vasavi Shah outfit. It took braided hair and some serious bling via her Amrapali necklace to complete the look. Granted that the dress definitely needed jewelry but this particular necklace sure felt excessive. That gripe aside, Samantha looked nice.

Samantha attended promotions of the Telugu Naa Bangaru Thalli in Hyderabad today wearing a black & white Koëcshdress with a pair of white Louboutins.

Not only did the length of the dress feel too tween-sy, but between the cutouts and the white appliques, there just wasn’t any more to like. We’ve seen Samantha do better.
