Sonam attended the inauguration of the World Diamond Conference in Delhi on Thursday that also had Russian President Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in attendance.
For the event, she opted for an off shoulder Anamika Khanna Couture gown, one that she wore with a diamond necklace.
Yes, we love Anamika’s designs a lot but at first glance, this didn’t evoke the same reaction especially the top half. The make-up also felt dull here.
Much preferred her dinner look (see inside), also an Anamika off shoulder creation but an all-white one. I won’t comment on the makeup because we only have Instagram pics to go by for now.

At a recent launch, Sonam was photographed in Payal Pratap. Wearing her hair half-up, she finished out the look with turquoise earrings and silver wedges. Given that it was a Disney movie, the ‘princess-ey’ look fits; she looked lovely. That said, do wish the top was lined better… That tank really takes away from the look.

Photographed at a press meet, it was a grey tee, black pants and a printed Clover Canyon jacket for the young producer. Wearing her hair back in a ponytail, Rhea finished out the look with a pair of leather oxfords.

Like her mom, Rhea also went the black route wearing a printed Anamika Khanna suit. We rarely see her do desi so this appearance of hers was quite a welcome change. She looked great!
