Ayushmann and Tahira attended the India in Fashion Exhibit opening wearing pant-suits with the former wearing a Gaurav Gupta embroidered jacket and matching bow-tie one and the latter, one by Rahul Mishra. Between the puffy sleeves and the embroidery, I wasn’t really drawn to Tahira’s outfit. It felt too busy. As for Ayushmann, wish he hadn’t gone the match route with the bow-tie.

Shraddha attended the opening night and the Fashion Exhibit unveiling wearing a white Rahul Mishra gown to the opening and a sari-inspired gown by Manish Malhotra the next day. The Mishra look while nice did feel a bit underwhelming because the colors washed her out. No complaints about the black look though. She looked lovely there.

Both Aditi and Shanaya teamed their skirts with white shirts and layered necklaces but that’s where all similarity ended.

While Aditi’s Rahul Mishra lehenga/skirt was absolutely exquisite, the look itself fell rather flat. Perhaps it was because of the shirt which just didn’t work, or the choice of jewelry that seemed rather lost in the look. Compared to Shanaya’s look, it was a snooze. Speaking of Shanaya, she looked great- the skirt-shirt combo was styled to perfection; I have no complaints.

Kartiki and Guneet won the Oscar for their documentary at the 2023 Oscars and it was not only great to see them win but also see them on stage in creations Made in India. Kartiki wore a Rahul Mishra gown and Guneet, an elephant motif handloom sari from Ekaya. That wasn’t the only reference to her documenaty in the outfit. Ms. Monga also wore an elephant brooch and carried a Leiber elephant minaudiere as well.
