The same dress being spotted on and off the pages isn’t in itself an anomaly. But when the same stylist is involved both times… Let’s just file it under things that make you go Hmmm. In close succession, spotted the same Prabal Gurung dress on Kareena and Nargis, both styled by Tanya Ghavri. Bit of a faux-pas or brouhaha for nothing?

Update: From what we hear, Nargis’ pic was to be a tight close-up, it being a beauty shot. But instead, the image below ended up being used. As things stand, on whom do you like the dress better?

Love the dress on Poorna. It’s the boring black pumps however that’s left us feeling disappointed. What could’ve been a ten was weighed down by a lil’ black pump.

Tom Cruise is in India to promote Mission Impossible and in honor of his visit, Anil Kapoor hosted a bash at the Taj in Mumbai with plenty of celebs attending.

For the bash, Sonam picked look one of Prabal Gurung’s Fall 2011 collection. I heart this red dress so much and I love the side pony Sonam sported. It highlights the dress so well. Am on the fence about the sandals and definitely not liking the undone hemline. It takes away from what could’ve been a 10/10 look.

A Bottega Veneta knot clutch completed her look.

Update: The unfinished hemline is part of the dress.

It was a gorgeous Prabal Gurung dress for Sonam Kapoor at her movie’s premiere… Love how well she wears it! The hair though was a dampener.
