Wearing a strapless top with Alexander Wang shorts, Mouni was spotted at an event today. Now, I don’t expect Bolly ladies to be clued in about Wang and his very problematic behavior. But, since this blog is targeted to the rest of you, perhaps y’all will think twice before being sported in a Wang piece.

Mouni attended the launch of a jewellery store on Wednesday evening wearing a dress from Moonray, one that we also saw on Tisca earlier in the year. Both wore their dress a bit differently with Mouni skipped on the jewelled element and Tisca, the satin top piece. I preferred Tisca here a whole lot more.
Mouni, am guessing, was going for a Audrey from Breakfast at Tiffany look but the makeup was way heavy handed and the satin portion on top just didn’t look nice, the latter being more of a fault with the dress itself. Tisca made the smart move by tucking/removing it.

Mouni was seen at a screening wearing a stitched sari-inspired (should we call it a gown?) by Jade. The whole split in the front and high-low hem on the skirt coupled with the short pallu just didn’t make for an appealing outfit. Also, in some videos, the top looked like two items layered over. But, again, that’s my taste. Did you like this?
