Lara attended Anam Mirza and Akbar Rasheed’s wedding reception on Friday evening wearing an aubergine lehenga by Monisha Jaising with baubles from Farah Khan Fine Jewellery.
Not much to fault here. She looked lovely.

As a tribute to cinema, Manish Malhotra presented a fashion show at the Ambani mansion Antilla on Saturday evening. In attendance, obviously, were Mumbai who’s who including Natasha and Adar. Instead of wearing a Manish Malhotra though, the socialite was seen in a Monisha Jaising gown.

After giving us a few polished looks, Malaika changed it up by going for a more sexy look at the Lux Golden Rose Awards in a sequin gown by Monisha Jaising. Smoky eyes, layered leather necklaces and gold Zanotti sandals finished out her look.
While I don’t mind the outfit, something about the makeup made this appearance feel like a Not Quite. Just me feeling that way?

Deepika walked the red carpet at the MTV Europe Music Awards wearing a custom Monisha Jaising that featured an edgy bustier and an olive green silk skirt. Valliyan fringe earrings, a Balmain belt and Misho rings finished out her look. On the red carpet, Deepika posed a few times without the matching embellished bomber jacket and I much preferred her in those. The look was more balanced minus it.
Given that it was a music related event, am glad she picked for an edgier look vs a classic one. She looked phenomenal.

For the music launch of her upcoming movie, Shruti picked a Monisha Jaising gown. Side-swept hair and gold-tone accessories rounded out the actor’s look. The dress worked well on her; Ms. Haasan looked good!
