Gauri attended the NMACC festivites first wearing a metallic shimmery gown from Tarun Tahiliani and then in a white sari by Manish Malhotra. Given that Suhana wore a corset gown whose boning was on point, Gauri should’ve picked something else. The non-rigidity in hers was distracting.
No complains about the sari. She looked nice in it.

At the NMACC opening night event, Hansika was photographed in a Manish Malhotra sari. Not a fan of the sari or the color-blocked blouse. And while I think she looked nice enough in a wholly predictable way, I also think the color did absolutely nothing for her. She could do so much better!

The newly-weds wore Manish Malhotra to the opening event. And it was very forgettable. The proportions were all off on Sidharth- wish he either teamed that kurta with a sherwani or that jacket with a shirt instead. As for Kiara, she usually brings it on the red carpet, in this case pink. But that wasn’t the case here. The look just fell flat. This was a missed opportunity for both!

It was Manish Malhotra for Janhvi to both NMACC opening events. She wasn’t seen on the green carpet the opening night but did pose for the paps for the second one. Between the two and considering we’ve seen so many do lehengas of late, the gown appearance was the one I was drawn to. Just wish she’d skipped the maang tikka. What could’ve been a nice striking look became a Bolly-ish one just with that addition.

Wearing Manish Malhotra and her hair just as we’ve come to expect, Aishwarya attended the NMACC Gala. If there ever was someone in need of a style intervention, it’s her. Not much else to say here.
