Genelia attended the IIFA Awards wearing a Vaishali S sari with a velvet Jewellyn Alvares jacket and a statement headpiece from Motifs. I did love the sari and jacket combo but I think the headpiece overwhelms this look. What do you think?

Wearing black, these lovely ladies attended ‘Most Stylish’ awards last evening in Mumbai.
I wasn’t a fan of Mugdha’s Gavin Miguel gown but it was Aahana’s Jewellyn Alvares number that has me thrown for a loop. That cutout framing the belly button is an odd design choice and that’s understating it.
While Disha’s look might lack all novelty, her Norma Kamali gown worked for her. The strong red lip and ‘pin up’ inspired hair complemented the dress well. If there’s one thing I’d change though, it’d be the bag but that’s a minor gripe.

For promotions of Coolie No 1, Shikha wore a one-shouldered gown by Jewellyn Alvares and a colorful paneled dress by Advait. The gown itself wasn’t much to write home about but that is not to say she didn’t wear it well. She did. But, between the two, much preferred the dress and belt look.

Ms. Madan sported two gowns recently, a burgundy Supria Munjal to the IIFA Awards and then a sheer Jewellyn Alvares one to the Vogue Beauty Awards. Between the two, she definitely fared a whole lot better in the Munjal. As for the Alvares, the less said the better. It’s never good when the first thing that pops in your mind when you see someone is, why is she wearing satin boxers?
