At the final night of HDIL Couture Week, Ms. Kapoor attended Karan Johar’s show wearing a red sequin dress that she paired with silver YSL Tribute sandals. Minus the excessive cheek-sucking in, we thought she looked quite hot. What say you?

On an aside, Ms. Kapoor seems to love those Tribute heels, this is her third pair.

We love a designer who wears her own designs, is her own ambassador. Even if it’s from a collection we don’t much care for… And, it’s got to be said Nainika Karan (one half of designer duo ‘Gauri and Nainika‘) actually makes these dresses look passable, heck, I’ll even go as far as to say cute and spunky!

Coincidentally, both Priya and Bandana wore the coral Lanvin dress to events featuring Suneet Verma. We love the dress but prefer Bandana’s easy-go style over Priya’s belted look. You?

Update: Twinkle is wearing a Spring 2009 Notte By Marchesa dress. Thanks ‘crab’ and ‘pie’!

This look of Ms. Khanna’s evokes a classic ‘on the fence’ reaction from us. While the dress itself was so ladylike with strong feminine undertones, the clutch was just way too OTT for it. Clearly she was going for something ‘different’ but it was hard to take it all in. Love the dress on her… the clutch is a bit much for us… yes, for all the kitsch worshipping we do, this one didn’t quite work. Maybe on someone else?
