Poonam Bhagat attended the last night of HDIL Couture Week in a Spring 2009 Gucci dress that she paired with a tan clutch and pink Louboutin platform pumps. While others go overboard with matching their accessories (read: match the shoes to the bag to the jewellery), I liked that she matched in a subtle way.

When the first sets of pics came in, I was thoroughly pleased to see Mehr not in black, a color she wears quite so often. But more pics came in and turns out that she did wear black on arrival and then changed into a Monisha Jaisingh dress that was shown during the Monisha show. (Am guessing she did it after Monisha’s show ended.)
I wish we’d get more of the Monisha looks from Mehr than the dowdy black one.
