Alia attended the Gucci show on Friday which was creative director Demna Gvasalia’s first show since being appointed the creative director. Alia wore a leather coat dress with a black bag and slingbacks. This look is so not her. It will be interesting to see her future appearances in the label just because in my opinion Demna vibe and Alia vibe aren’t quite a match.

If you didn’t know, Dakota Johnson followed Alessandro to Valentino from Gucci because their vibe matched. Alas, in this case, the Gucci name is more important to Alia (as they pay her) and so who the creative designer is is a moot point.

Alia attended the BAFTAs on Sunday evening wearing a custom silver sequined Gucci gown and white fur stole. I get referencing the 70s era outfit but failing to see what’s the Gucci detail in here.

Alia looked nice nevertheless but I wouldn’t consider this a standout.

Alia attended Gucci‘s Spring 2026 presentation in Milan wearing a fur coat over a slip dress paired with logo-ed pantyhose, pumps and a bamboo handle bag from the brand. The lace slip mini being almost the same color as her skin made one think she was only wearing the fur coat as a dress.

Overall, I feel like this outfit overwhelms here and didn’t really care for those extensions. Like what you see?

Malavika attended a fashion event on Tuesday evening wearing a Gucci dress with platform sandals and a crystal bow clutch, also from Gucci. Loved the 60s style hair with the headband look that she sported with the shift dress. She looked good here.

Alia attended the screening of a series wearing a white jersey gown from Gucci from its 1996 collection when Tom Ford was the creative designer for the label. Am a bit surprised that as an ambassador for the brand, she isn’t wearing the current season outfits. Speaks more about the brand and their confidence in the current creative head.

Back to Ms. Bhatt, it isn’t that she looked bad in it, it’s just that this gown is so not her. We can go oooh-aah over the sourcing effort but I am not oooh-aah-ing over Alia in the gown.
