Genelia On Vogue India: (Un)Covered

Genelia graces the Dec issue of Vogue India wearing a black version of the crochet dress we’ve already seen on Kangna. On her, the dress has a more edgy effect by way of the studded belt, gloves and the silver pumps. Except, the open mouth pose give the look an odd effect. We are missing a mic, folks.

Catch more of Genelia’s editorial inside thanks to Nimi.

Mellow Yellow

I quite like this look on Genelia but for the make-up. I get where she was going with the red lips and the contrast it offered against the pale yellow Dior gown but, it didn’t quite work for her.

That ruffled gown and braided hair called for a more fresh, dewy make-up palette that would’ve been perfect and made for a more romantic look. N’est-ce pas?

Lehenga Ladies

These ladies donned lehengas to their respective Diwali bashes and while Malaika looked lovely in her white one, Genelia looked anything but! Yikes!

In Neeta Lulla

Genelia attended Vivek’s wedding reception in a beige Neeta Lulla lehenga. The color was much too dull for a wedding reception and we weren’t big fans of the tiered style. Thank heavens Genelia added ruby earrings to the outfit to give it some color.

A Shoe Story

The pink paintbrush-stroke Nishka Lulla dress is so very Genelia and I like the dress on her. But that’s about it. The hair seems too crazy for the dress and I love gladiators and I love cork wedges but this spidery gladiators + summer cork wedge evokes a four-letter emotion from me starting with H!
