For two ‘Fiama Di Wills’ events last week, Deepika got to wear Suneet Verma’s latest collection that was just previewed at Couture Week today. We don’t see Deepika in saris much and I wish she would wear them more often because she looks so tall and statuesque in them. As for the gown, considering Mr. Verma’s are so much more elaborate with many details, this one worked for me because it had just one big focal point, the flower at the waist.

Although she changed her outfit for her second event, it wasn’t much of a change up. She kept the hair the same and swapped the outfit for another jersey dress by Nimirta Lalwani and a different pair of gladiator style sandals. Dig either or neither?

Spotted Ms. Khan in a Ranna Gill Spring 08 dress which she paired with a Birkin. You may recall seeing a version of this dress on Shilpa Shetty which she wore for a photoshoot.

Sporting some big hair, Ms. Padukone walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra at the Videocon Youth Icon Awards where she won the award for Fashion Icon of the year. We love Ms. Padukone but a fashion icon award really didn’t make sense. To us, at least.
