Wearing a coral Arpita Mehta sari, Alia attended the Ambani Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on Tuesday evening. She looked nice but, to me, the mirror-embellished sari and top had more of a cocktail event vibe to them.

Shruti was seen at recent events wearing black which isn’t quite surprising because she does love wearing the color, a lot. I neither liked the sheer Roology nor the one-shouldered Geisha Designs but my bigger issue was with the latter outfit. What is with everyone suddenly sporting this baby-hair do.
I did like the ruffled sari and studded blazer pairing ( both from Arpita Mehta) but possibley because her make-up wasn’t as heavy as the other two despite the blazer and ruffled tier sari looking rather odd together. Ms. Haasan does love her goth makeup but she looked so much better when not doing so.

Samantha attended Indian Independence day events in New York wearing a Ritu Kumar for the parade and an Arpita Mehta sari for another event. The whole velvet suit with those colored shades gave off a heavy Sabya vibe. Having said that, she did wear the look well. As for the Arpita Mehta, it is striking at first glance but I wasn’t a fan of the pallu being worn as a strip of cloth. But, that’s me.

At an event for her upcoming movie, Samantha sported a red Sabyasachi sari and a printed Arpita Mehta lehenga (for a performance). She looked nice in the sari but the fact that the sari was Sabya was quite a surprise. It didn’t really stand out. As for the lehenga, I wasn’t a fan of the jarring black top against the printed skirt.

Wearing saris, these young ladies attended the Kashyap-Gregoire engagement party on Thursay evening with Khushi and Suhana wearing Arpita Mehta and Palak, one from Dolly J. They all looked nice but Suhana’s blue caught my eye the most.
