Featuring on our list of celebrity closets we’d love to raid for desi clothes is Upasana Kamineni Konidela! In this week’s style spotlight we focus on some of her lust worthy clothes that she has been spotted wearing.

Upasana, who is married to actor Ram Charan Teja and the Vice-Chairman of Apollo Charities, is often spotted in various social events happening in Hyderabad wearing Indian designers. While she mixes the styles up, she seems to be partial to Anamika Khanna, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (with whom she is close friends with) and Tarun Tahiliani (who designed her wedding trousseau and is designing her home).

While I liked most of her sartorial choices, its the Anamika Khannas that I love! Plus any celebrity who re-wears clothes and repeats their accessories is an instant winner in our books!

Dia opted for an ivory Anamika Khanna jacket and long skirt with jewellery from Satyani. We ain’t prudes but in the sea of gota, sequins, and what have you, her white on white look made for a very very welcome change.

For a recent appearance of hers, Soha picked Anamika Khanna to wear. She wore the separates well but personally, would’ve skipped the cocktail ring. And swapped her taupe suede sandals for a less chunkier (and more minimalist) pair of black or tan sandals; a smidge of dark-toned contrasting color would’ve played off of the outfit well.

At a special reception for Black Panther, Oprah was seen wearing an Anamika Khanna jacket, one that she was seen in a photoshoot for Elle India’s Dec 2018 edition.

While celebs getting to keep some clothes from the photoshoot ain’t new, we are glad to see Oprah actually wearing it out and about! Because that jacket sure deserves many outings.

Deepika and Ranveer made their first official red carpet appearance at the Star Screen Awards where Deepika was seen in a black Anamika Khanna and Ranveer in a brocade suit.

The top knot made for a welcome change but the overall look as a whole oddly didn’t blow me away. It just felt a bit formulaic. As for Ranveer, wish he’d skipped the necklace.
