Amrita picked a similar dress from the same designer (Hema Kaul) that Neha Dhupia sported at the very event. Quite the coincidence! Pin-up inspired hair, oxblood lip and silver pumps finished out Ms. Rao’s look at the Awards.

While Neha had success with hers, I can’t say the same for Amrita. The color didn’t quite photograph well and the length seems a bit much on the petite actor. A couple of inches would’ve made a welcome difference! Props for trying something different but the look isn’t quite a ten.

Amrita attended a book launch today wearing a Spring 2014 Nida Mahmood romper (or are those separates?). The outfit was cute but the sandals felt too clunky.

Amrita attended Mayyur Girotra’s store opening wearing a coral dress by the designer. Keeping the look simple was a good move on her part. She looked great.

She was also spotted in another Mayyur Girotra a few weeks ago wearing a pink floor-length anarkali to a corporate event. The color looked good on her and while we like the colored nails, not a fan of their length. We’ve said this before and we’ll say it again. If you’re gonna go bright, keep it short.

Wearing a beaded navy Innana by Monica & Karishma gown, Amrita attended the recent Awards night. An updo, jewelry from Aquamarine and a Judith Leiber minaudiere finished out her look. She looked nice! But that pose on the red carpet… Awkwaaard.
