You’d think that there was a color code for ladies who were attending Shahid’s surprise birthday party but considering his other leading ladies were missing in action (we all know who they are :P), we guess this was a coincidence. Question is, who do you like better?

The big hair on Amrita helped distract from the gown (it also helped that half the gown was hidden) but with Yuvika there is no respite.
Does anyone else feeling like cutting off that choker detail and handing the lady a nice necklace. It wouldn’t save the look but would have made the appearance a tad bit better. And by tad, we mean a teeny tiny tad.

It’s been a string of Not Quites around here lately…
We spotted Amrita Rao in a black maxi dress, one which we’ve seen before on her during the Fashion Week as well and it didn’t impress much then and it sure doesn’t impress much now. The tacky dress aside, Ms. Rao seems to almost always come off as having been overwhelmed by the clothes she has on. A pity really considering this lovely, petite lady definitely has it in her to really give us a ‘wow’-worthy look. Oh well.

Considering Salon International isn’t a major magazine, I am going to guess that this pic of Amrita’s is from some other shoot or from her personal portfolio. Having said that, am glad we don’t see much of the gown. That silver choker detail was enough of a turn-off.
