While at a preview event held at Atosa, Amrita picked a high-low Nikhil Thampi top pairing it with black (leather) pants, black pumps and a Suhani Pittie necklace.

You may recall seeing the same top (in green) on Madhuri Dixit as well. She too paired the top with black pants and pumps. And chose to finish out her look with Amrapali earrings.

Madhuri taped the finale episode of her television show wearing a Sabyasachi sari and Amrapali jewelry. Signature hair finished out her look.

Not a big fan of the necklace that nudges the look just a wee bit to the side of dated. That said, she did look nice.

Shraddha took in the grand finale by Sabyasachi wearing a floral sari by the designer with Amrapali earrings and a Love To Bag batua.

I like the natural makeup as it goes well with the lightweight sari but those gorgeous jhumkis needed more showcasing. Perhaps side-swept soft waves? (You were thinking we’d say a pony tail, weren’t you? Got ya!)

At a book launch caught a sighting of Ms. Kher looking lovely doing her signature look… A sari with chunky Amrapali jewelry and a fabric bag/potli. And speaking of lovely, at the Iftar party, it was a cheery Dimple Kapadia in her sari. We’d be hard-pressed to pick a favorite among the two, can you?
