Two back to back promotional events saw Ms. Padukone going long, once in a beaded Alice + Olivia maxi and another in a full-sleeve floor-length Ridhi Mehra anarkali featuring a beaded vest.
She looked great in both but those pointed pumps were an eyesore.

Vogue India’s Sridevi shoot also had her wearing an Alice + Olivia cardigan, one that was also seen on Katrina in Harper’s back in March. Both coincidentally wore the cardigan with striped skirts, Sri in an Alice + Olivia and Katrina in Dolce and Gabbana.
Sridevi’s pics may not have made the final cut but we still gotta ask, whose styling is better? Keep in mind, Sri’s shoot was themed the naughty teacher.

In an Alice + Olivia dress, Malaika attended a recent event. We’ve seen her do peplum before, and this appearance wasn’t as successful. Between the metallic of the dress, the skull necklace, the sparkly clutch and those pumps… ‘Twas all a bit much and none of it really came together well on her.

Two May covers feature lace blue dresses with Bazaar featuring a new face and Femina, a familiar one. Of the two covers, the backdrop of Bazaar makes it stand out more but when you consider the fact that it is an ‘Art Of Fashion’ issue, the cover then doesn’t quite stand out as much.
