At another awards event on Tuesday evening, Shilpa was seen in a red Fouad Sarkis gown featuring a textured rosette cape worn off the shoulder. I don’t particularly like the cape but overall she looked nice.

Oh I love this shade of red on her!
I think the cape adds some personality to an otherwise standard red column gown.
The necklace is a nice touch.
