Neha wore a strapless dress and organza coat set from Reik to the Style Icons awards event pairing it with silver pumps. The icy hued colors made for a nice change. I am though on the fence about the pale pink lip here. Me, I would’ve preferred a berry shade perhaps.

I like everything here – the dress, and the colors, including the pale pink lip.
Pink lip is fine… She needed to skip that cape n keep her hair in a looser soft bun… Tight buns render a harsh look to this soft pastel look
This reminds me of parveen babi night dress in some movie! It’s too much fabric even for Neha
It’s something else – the tight bun with all that fabric gives her a bobblehead look. I’d like to see it without the cape and relaxed hair.
I like the dress and the shoes go so well with the dress. Agree with everyone about the cape, it is too much fabric and the big bow is not a good look
It’s a lovely outfit and she is looking gorgeous. The cape is giving sonam vibes but the softness of the colour and material is making less dramatic (in a good way).
The pale lips and the eye makeup makes her look extremely fatigued and lifeless. It single handedly kills the overall look
