A few days ago, Ms. Chopra was spotted exiting her home wearing a blazer with a cropped top, shorts and knee-high boots. I’d have taken this Gurkha shorts look with loafers. But, those knee-high boots ain’t working for me.
And also, cue all the RSS jokes.

I think she is becoming a clothes mule. All these years in the States and she still hasn’t found her comfort zone. The BBC Divas Trinny and Susannah would put her in that six way mirror closet and say ‘Why are you chopping yourself up in layers, woman?” The whole ensemble is making her look inches shorter.
Why is she insisting on showing her knee brace? If this is India then the shoes are an awful choice. Even in the US, after Memorial Day (atleast in the North West) people pack away their boots for 6 months.
That nikkar makes her look like a Madras cop, they wear weirdly starched stiff shorts

It says “Four Seasons – Private Residences” on the plate. They have condos and suites on rent for celebs who travel frequently and want the amenities of a hotel with concierge, laundry, housekeeping,etc. without having to keep a home staff on retainer.

But I think those are rain boots.
I think she is wearing these boots to blend it with the knee brace that she is wearing. Maybe she has a knee injury. She looks good in my opinion but I usually like weird stuff so who am I to talk.

If she had worn pants, she would have been ready for the cold, brrrr mumbai weather. In reality, she should have swapped the jacket for a super light kimono wrap and worn sandals. She takes herself too seriously, and it is getting to be a bit of a pain to watch.

Even RSS now have pants to wear. Coming to PC, never liked the combo of shorts n blazer. Also agree with top commentator. She looks few inches short.

The top half and knee down looks soo good.. I’d like to know what tragedy led to the shorts?? A skirt would be a better option .
Well, I for one like those shorts. To me, problem is not shorts, its how it all came together, boots in this hot weather? And that blazer? Every piece is beautiful separately. If you switch the shorts with pants in a different weather or if she had to have the shorts it should have been with just crop top and loafers for a decent impact.
I personally think all of the pieces are nice except for the shorts. They remind me of something boy scouts would wear and they just look plain silly.
