Wearing a printed midi dress by Moonray, Karisma stepped out in Mumbai recently. Black pumps and a Chanel bag rounded out her look. To no one’s surprise, Karisma makes the dress work for her!

Nora attended the IIFA Rocks event wearing a Nicolas Jebran latex gown. There’s no doubt about the construction of the gown- the draping and the way it fits her like a glove can’t be argued with. Outside of the color though, I find little else exciting about this look.
It’s a look that Kim K has popularized in the recent past- ‘wet’ look that includes crimped, center-parted hair worn down to the waist and a draped body-con dress. And given how mainstream it’s been, we’ve seen every version of it everywhere. Somethings are a classic but this isn’t. This look feels like an overplayed out trend and until someone takes a fresh approach with the ‘wet’ look, I am going to find it (the look) dated!

It was printed gowns paired with ankle-strap sandals for both Rasika and Kriti with the former wearing a blue one by Nirmooha and the latter, a snake-skin print from Nikita Mhaisalkar. Between the two, muh preferred Rasika in hers though can’t say I like the gown itself.

Wearing a corset top and pants from Rèik, Aditi attended the Femina event prior to making her way to Cannes. This is a case of where an outfit looks good on the model but falls flat in real life. The corset top length was too long giving off of a jumpsuit vibe to the co-ords and throwing proportions way off. Agree/Disagree?
