Unless we missed the ‘Nandita Mahtani For Sir Alistair Rai’ press release, the uncanny similarity between the two is pretty discomforting!
Update: Perhaps I should have been clearer… Nandita’s collection came first!

This one was a toughie, I wasn’t quite sure who to accord the tag ‘The Bad’ and ‘The Ugly’ to in this ‘Doing Denim’ edition between Soha and Tulip! While Tulip’s bare midriff (a pet peeve of mine) and all too severe shoes (weather-wise) were a turn-off, Soha’s visible (inner-wear) straps and short denims paired with those chunky boots were just as much of a turn off if not more!
Needless to say, Dia gets to wear ‘The Good’ tag in this edition!

Both, Shweta and Narayani ended up wearing dhoti pants and strapless tops to delItalia’s first anniversary brunch event. I still haven’t warmed up to dhoti/harem pants (and by that I mean wearing them myself), but having said that, I do like Shweta’s printed top and white dhoti way more than the bright combo worn by Narayani. Just wished Shweta had given the metallic BV hobo a miss.
What about you? Who do you like better?

What a difference small things can make… Better hair, make-up, shoes and jewelry worked in Neetu Chandra’s favor the second time around making this rerun of her dress fare much better! (Only after we’ve disregarded the oddly appliqued scarf… if only she had chosen a plain orange one!!)
