Another look that is effective by keeping it simple!

But while Dia looks lovely, we do wish she’d depart from the pastels/neutrals/soft hues just for a bit and give us some major color! It’d be nice to see her in a non-pastel’y short dress and necklace combo just for a change!

Hey, we adore her, its just that we are hankering for some change, of the good sort! 🙂

Update: After reading some of your comments, I went back and looked at the orange one and you all were right! There is an orange one too! But, guess what! Not only does she have five of the regular 35cm size (although I think the blue is a 40cm), she also has the smaller 25cm version in black. And, I believe this is where it all started from because the picture is from the HDIL Indian Oaks Race held last March. 😉

Wearing It Again.

Preity wore her black sheath dress again in South Africa where her and others launched the IPL ‘HEAT’ initiative. This time though she added a white hat to complete her look.

Since a lot of you loved her dress so much, here are some alternatives. While, the Ann Taylor and the Semantiks are affordable options, the Michael Kors is more of a lust one. We just loved the patent pockets so much that we had to feature it!

There are also many options online and in stores, so when you are getting one, just make sure that the hemline falls on the knee to give you that long lean look. And, of course, you can always jazz it up with different belts like Preity did to hers. She wore the same belt with a red suit at the IPL Auction.

To launch a Marks and Spencer store, Prachi chose to wear a geometric print dress paired with some fool-proof black pumps!

We love ‘Mod’ inspired sheath dresses like the DvF one below and while we think Prachi looked charming, she would have totally taken it up a notch further had she chosen a dress like that. Some color, some structure and she’d have had us going ‘wow’!
