In Nisshk

It wasn’t a surprise to see Genelia in a Nisshk dress, after all the actress is a big fan of both Neeta and Nishka. For KJo’s bash, she wore a dress from the young designer’s latest collection. The dress may not be our cup of tea (we’d prefer it minus the floral patch) but for a summer night, it works and matches Genelia’s persona.

In Lanvin

Spotted a Lanvin dress on Ms. Mukherjee at KJo’s bash at Mannat. So so curious now about the whole look.

P.S. It’s such a bummer that the stars don’t take a moment to pose for the media. We know its their personal time but would it really hurt to pose just for 5 mins. 😛

Both the ladies of the upcoming movie Always Kabhi Kabhi went the sequin route. Care for either or neither?

In Collette Dinnigan

Tanya tipped us off that the daisy gold dress donned by Aishwarya last night to KJo’s birthday bash was by Australian designer Collette Dinnigan.

Our first reaction upon seeing the dress was that it looked like a bad bridesmaid dress picked intentionally by the bride. You like?

On an aside, it is nice to see that like us mortals, Ms. Rai also wears Spanx.

In Bob Mackie

In a complete 180 from the MoMa appearance, Padma went a cheery summery route at the FIFI Awards in a vintage Bob Mackie maxi. What put this appearance over the top though were the soft curls and the addition of the flower in the hair. It made the look so feminine and romantic.

We adore!
