Nayanthara was seen in a chartreuse colored silk sari at an awards event on Tuesday evening paired with a choker neckpiece and matching earrings. Loved the color on her but given the blouse neckline, the choker wasn’t the right piece. Layering it with a longer necklace or just wearing a longer necklace would’ve worked better.

what a fabulous color on her skintone. agree, a longer multi-layered emerald necklace would’ve looked great — or even a chest-length single strand, given her minimalistic sensibility.
pretty sure this isn’t from ekaya’s habutai series — that fabric is so flimsy and doesn’t fall half as exquisitely as this one.

Love the saree, colour, texture and feel of this look, I feel a blouse with broader straps would’ve made it less tight looking on shoulders, it looks squeezed to fit. Rest it’s all so good.
Bang on observation! A long necklace would definitely elevated the look. That color looks delish on her.
Love this look, very neat and clean. Just wish she went for a necklace sitting on the chest. Also, love that bangle or bracelet, whatever it is. Just the perfect amount of jewellery on her hands.
