As much as I loved the way this dress was presented on the Fall runway, off of it, it’s been one big dud. Seen first on Deepika on the cover of a magazine, couldn’t help but think the omitted bow-tie killed the charm of the dress just a tad. And now having seen it on Ms. Poonawala, am convinced either the dress needs to be worn as shown or not at all.

difference of the universe how the dress looks on the model and on this lady! a Fab dress made to look like your regular knit dress.
agree, the version on the runway is so much more unique. this dress deserves to be worn by someone quirky and confident to do it enough justice. unfortunately i don’t think bollywood has such a person :\

Monikangana would look good in it. She has the model body and can carry this well.
Somethings only look good on models walking down the ramp.

This is a lovely dress. For once.. I loveeed D & G. Might have looked good on deepika… thanks to bad styling. On Natasha it looks like a regular Knit dress. Nothing impressive

Absolutely agree. The runway look is so well put together.It’s got the right amount of quirk and class. Love it!
