While filming an episode of a television show, Malaika was photographed in a rich Banarasi silk sari. With her hair in a sleek bun, she rounded out the look with a bindi and a whole lot of jewelry that included a nose-pin. What a change of pace this look made for! Malaika looked striking.

@ Anon dis is a typical traditional maharastrian nose ring with dat bindi style which the maharastrian ladies wear on auspicious occasions.
That’s a really odd pose. As if one were wearing starched underpants.
She’s wedding (guest) ready, and quite classy at it.
Change of pace, it is and there’s no denying that Malaika looks nice in this avatar BUT
1. the blouse is poorly tailored and
2. that’s an overload of jewellery.
I think she looks lovely. 🙂
Looks like she is playing dress up and seem uncomfortable while at it. Is it me or does the jewelry look wrong for the saree?
I kinda liked this look and wish shed gone to the ambani reception this way in place of the over revealing monstrosity
