Madhuri taped recent episodes of Dance Deewane wearing lehengas, first in a green Torani one and then in a pink and silver Amit Aggarwal one. While both the lehengas were pretty, loved her just a bit more in the Amit Aggarwal. Her other tapings included a Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor gharara, a Patine embroidered maxi skirt, a Tarun Tahiliani sari and a Nupur Kanoi cape and pants set.

Patine and Tarun Tahiliani are my favs.
Lehengas are so done and dusted and are more suitable for weddings/festivals man..I find it to be a strange choice for going to work such as judging a dance show. Imagine if one day teachers decide to show up in a lehenga (albeit a simple one) to teach a class.
Bollywood wears lehengas to EVERYTHING and it is no longer charming.
Agree about the lehengas. Patine and Tarun Tahiliani are my favourites too.
I like the green Torani and the Patine. The button down rally classes up the lehenga.

The patine look is obviously the best. I even like Tahiliani saree. I have noticed Madhuri usually does quite well in Tahiliani creations.

Green one is best… the blouse of the pink Amit Agrawal looked very unflattering on madhuri.

Payal, what has happened to your taste my friend. The Amit A outfit is horrendous – tacktastic. He started off so well with his pieces – now they look just run off the mill. Really. Mads looks great in the Patine outfit, and that’s about it. I expect better.
