Wearing Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Katrina attended a ‘WeUnite’ conference earlier today where she spoke on crimes against women. Nice as she looked in the cheery color, given the occasion, wish she had picked a less ornate suit. A sharply tailored kurta would’ve been a whole lot more effective and better suited.

It’s really nice to see that AJ-SK are back to their roots with the embroidery (the gota phase was rather perplexing).
Agree that it’s not event appropriate – a kurta would have been nice, or even a pant suit, which she usually wears very well.
I love the cheery colour. But I agree that it isn’t an event appropriate outfit.
One has to dress for one’s day. Given the sensitive and important nature of the event she should have known better, this is not appropriate.
I loved the suit and the color

But overdressed for the event
The colour is too cherry for an event discussing crimes against women. The outfit on the whole, in fact. A more somber look would have been apt.
