Karisma Kapoor on the ‘Nach Baliye’ red carpet wore a typical Manish Malhotra sari… The sari would have perhaps made more of an impact f we hadn’t already seen so much of similar stuff from the Malhotra camp… That aside, she does look good.

there is just something bout Karisma, I don’t know if it’s how pale she is (which it shouldn’t be, there are plenty of people who are pale and look phenomanal-I’m all for natural skin color guys) of how plasic or how thin she is: she just looks like shes…fading

I don’t know what everyone is talking about frankly. I think she looks gorgeous here but very very thin. I think I would have liked the sari more if it was all pink with the nude coloured top.. basically Katrina’s sari in the song Teri Ore which was also designed by Manish.
i don’t like the outfit especially the blouse but karishma looks drop dead gorgeous.
She looks good, but the blouse is tacky.

lolo looks awesome as she has been looking in d past 1-2 yrs. but i dont like this new posture of hers whr she has her arms stuck 2 her body. it mks her look weird and even thinner than she is.
she is no doubt very pretty……….but shes looking like a skeleton..very boney..

agree with spikypants, are you talking about the aaja mahi ve finals? i definitely thought her expression on that show was blank to the point of rudeness, because it was during the part where the comedian lady came on, and she kept looking in karishma’s direction after each joke, for a laugh, and karishma just looked like she didn’t want to be there.
anyway, about the emsemble, i think it is just oooookkkk. i would have expected her to wear a classier looking sari. let’s wait and watch, it won’t be long that someone id’s her clutch as some designer or the other. it seems like she cannot be stylish without flaunting a designer.

Karisma looks great. But her face looks way too plastic-y these days. She looks pale and jade and seems as if she measures her smile before she smiles! She carries the saree very well!!!

@Observer: That’s just unfortunately how it works. Some of these celebrities are media darlings, some of them get bashed no matter what they do. I also think Lolois able to carry this off quite well.
transparent saris, blingy blouses, two.. three or more different tones of colour, mindless use of bling and more bling..

hahaha that reminded me of Divya Dutta and Kareena with Saif in that beige/pink border saari. Pink, beige, silver, blue… just too much going on. If it were one solid color with silver, it’d have looked nicer.

too thin now.. her head looks disproportionate.. too much lip plumping.. what about looking naturally pretty.. i hope she doesnt end up looking like priya sachdev with too much work on the face and too much lip injections!
