The gown the hair the neck piece don’t go together, all are for different places
I feel like she realized the gown was too much and that’s why everything else about the looks like they kind of just left it. any makeup or accessorizing the look would have pushed it OTT.
Karisma look so pretty ! Props for charging it up and wearing a different colour and silhouette ! And the neckpiece is quite subtle considering it’s a jewellery event.
Rare miss. Nothing works.
This is an Oscar worthy gown worn at the most banal of celebrity events – jewellery store opening. Why ?
Could be a brief from the sponsor? Do sponsors tell the celebrity “be normal” or “be a major movie star”? Does anyone know?
I had the same doubt. Do the event head/sponsors give them a brief on what they expect. Given Karisma’s general sensibilities, I would be very surprised if she chose to wear a heavy outfit like this without being asked to. That said, though not a fan of the outfit itself, she still manages to tone it down keeping everything else minimalistic. Karisma still looks lovely!
Sponsors pay huge amounts for these events, I would understand if they want to get their money’s worth with a “major movie star” look….
Also, seems to be a bit too long! she is holding up the dress in second pic and still its full length!! Sad, even lesser mortals get clothes altered for real life events. KK should fire whoever styled her here, she usually knocks it out of the park!
Ocassion fit or not, Lolo looks stunning.
She is looking fabulous despite the wrong time and place for the outfit.
