hate tissue sarees, but she looks so good here — and, surprisingly (for an MM), the design elements are working.
She’s looking stunning and elegant but I agree with another comment on here which said that it’s a bit overdressed for a trailer launch.
I have stopped expecting a match between their outfits to the occasion. Even a store launch is treated like Cannes red carpet. The only time you will see they wear something subtle is when they are paying respects at a funeral. Thank God for that.
Having said that Bebo looks lovely here. Who cares if it’s a trailer launch or another Ambani event.
Wow, what a beautiful sari, the drape, and of course Kareena’s glow just helps elevate the look to another level. I really like it when corsetry is done right, it can be tricky with a traditional/desi silhouette. Here however, the design and the elements, the fabric selection, the non stiffy corset, dainty embroidery, her makeup, jewels everything works. I haven’t seen a look and I mean a look work this well in recent times. Her Amit Aggarwal was great but the styling, specially the bindi and dangly jewels let the look down. Here it’s just perfect. She looks like someone straight out of an Art Deco dream.

It’s so shiny and satiny and off white/cream shaded. Needs a little color, these stiff corset tops look like a cage, uncomfortable fashion. Off course though Kareena looks awesome

Rhea really likes putting people in corsets, doesn’t she? But at least her experiment with Kareena turned out better than her “experiments” with Bhumi.
These pics are frm afar .. the make up washed her out really. It needed a brighter lip.
It’s OTT for a trailer release and she is not even the lead. But ya, of course she amped it up as the leading lady gave the event a miss.
It dint work for me, especially in Pic 1, she looks like her wax statue.
This would be a nice look to judge a pageant.
