Kangana attended promotions for Panga on Tuesday evening wearing a Raw Mango outfit with black pumps. The brocade jacket against the yellow kurta and pants sure was striking but the issue here was the makeup.

The suit would have looked much better without the ugly brocade jacket. The belt is making it look worse.
The jacket has a very kimono-esque feel to it. Anyway, the black (jacket and pumps) looks too stark against the yellow (or is it lime green?) outfit.
That was my immediate thought. The jacket is very kimono robe kind of piece.

Since it’s Raw Mango, I expect the fabric is luxe, and so is the price tag. But all the pieces of this outfit seem badly finished and tailored to me – the seams pucker and don’t lie flat, and there are fit issues in general. Boxy and architectural silhouettes can look very flattering, but the proportions need to be right. Not so here, in my opinion. Still, props to Kangana for taking fashion risks. Always fun to see.

It’s like she’s going to take off the jacket and head in to a glam boxing ring.
The issue is the entire outfit.. either the insides or either the jacket with something less jarring would have kept this a look.. but both together not a good combination. Rest all is hardly a problem

The jacket looks like the dressing robe Pran wore while getting down the stairs smoking a pipe in those old movies.
I actually loved the makeup, not sure what you’re complaining about 🙂 very clean and understated. And be winged liner looks very nice without being OTT.
Didn’t care for the brocade jacket though.
Make up is not the issue. her pose is hard to see and that kimono wrap and belt is killing it. I love that lime green/chartreuse color… definitely not yellow. This is bad styling.

I love Raw Mango but what the hell is this? Comes across as Kangana decided to wear Hugh Hefner’s robe over a salwar kameez which would have otherwise looked good on its own. Dont understand the designers and the stars that wear them.
The robe is ill-fitted and does nothing to elevate the look. Instead it sticks out as a sore thumb in the whole look.
