Emraan attended the Berlin International Film Festival as a guest of Bosnian director Danis Tanovic alongwith wife Parveen.

Emraan’s look was dull but wife Parveen made up for it in her purple Gauri and Nainika gown. A black Chanel quilted clutch completed her look. Love the bangs on her but is that a hair-tie we spy on her right hand. If so, wish she had kept it in the clutch. 😛

  1. I wish Emraan had chosen a black or navy Gucci….Gucci’s men’s suits are da bomb. Or something from the Tom Ford stable would have been better than what he chose since it has a casual look to it, at least to me. Purple looks nice on Parveen but I wish she’d chosen something more interesting–maybe a different silhouette as far as gowns go. Otherwise it’d have been great if she’d picked a fab sari. I think that would have been well-appreciated! I lived in Germany and when the weather would allow, wore Indian clothes out and about, and got a terrific response from the average German who wanted to know what I was wearing, how did I put the bindi, on, etc. We have such a rich crafts-based history that I think she could have chosen a sari. Or if she was keen on a gown, something better than this one at least….

  2. I love Parveen Hashmi’s look, so classy and well put together! She should make more appearances, compliments him so perfectly. She glows in that gown!

  3. They had gone as guests with someone. Probably didnt want to overdress and steal the thunder from anyone. Good choice, I would say!
Save the Tom Ford and the handloom sari for when his own movie releases there 🙂
