Skirt is too flouncy, a slim one wuould have suited the top better

Wrong skirt for the top. The colours also don’t seem to gel well together and that ‘waistband’ type thing is not doing the look any favours.
Her makeup in the last pic is making her look so ghastly!! But those Loubs are to die for!!
