In Prama By Pratima Pandey

Promotions of Padmavati on Tuesday saw Ms. Padukone in a frilly embroidered dress from Prama By Pratima Pandey paired with jootis and jhumkis. It’s a look we’d wear in a heartbeat. Would you?

  1. Face and hair wise she looks gorgeous but I don’t like the dress at all. It just hangs off her and does her no justice with all the frills and all.

  2. She looks divine but do not think jootis go with the dress. I absolutely love jootis and they are my trusted pair of footwear for most of the occasions. They look good with Indian, Indo-western on boho looks. But here, this super soft, dainty gown warranted some cute sandals or just plain pumps.

    • I absolutely agree about the jootis and what you say about the dress warranting something simpler and sleeker in footwear. Deepika looks gorgeous as always but apart from the cute embroidery, not feeling the dress’ color and shapelessness.

  3. Deepika looks pretty. I feel that white colour really suits her. This look has a soft, romantic, feminine vibe . Did need some shape though as it does look like a nightie otherwise.
