Bright colors in velvet can be a tricky pick cuz if the light hits you the wrong way, the dress can quickly become a ‘WTHeyy!’.
From what we have seen so far, it ain’t so bad, but we wished Urmila had skipped this outfit alltogether.

The space-age exhibition hall, open to the public by a free-ticketing system, houses 18 handbag-inspired installations by international artists including Sylvie Fleury, David Levinthal, Yang Fudong and Michael Lin.” – Via New York Post
