At the Bridal Asia preview, spotted designer Pratima Gaurav in a cheery yellow sari (of her own design) modeling/wearing/showcasing her friend and designer Malini Agarwalla’s accessories.

The sari on it’s own, I loved… With the accessories though, it was all a bit too costume-y and campy for me!

On an aside, how great is the big bindi? Clearly, am a fan!

At the Bridal Asia preview in Mumbai, organiser Divya Gurwara was spotted wearing a Falguni and Shane Peacock dress as was designer Falguni Peacock. I love a lot of Peacock designs but in this case am going more with Divya’s outfit.

Like the dress but the addition of the chain-belt seems unnecessary. Agreed it adds some structure but it kills the dress for me.

As for the slingbacks, how I love ’em! Love.

Waist up, I am loving the details of this Sabyasachi sequin detailed anarkali on Rani Mukherjee but waist-down is a totally different story. The ombre + striped + patchwork effect felt a bit much and I particularly dislike the peekaboo waist showing through the sheer material. It just looks so odd.

Ms. Sinha looked pretty on the sets of Chhote Ustaad and if we are to go by her tweets, designer Masaba Gupta gets credit (for the styling).
