Twinkle on Harper’s Bazaar:(Un)Covered

Feast your eyes on Madam Khanna on the latest cover of Harper’s Bazaar and a few pics from the editorial. Love the contrast of the blue Cue against the mustard-yellow background. So striking.

In Oscar de la Renta

Those with enviable and rather ginormous closets do repeat their clothes too. Even if it takes them over two years to whip it out again, repeat they do. :p

Spotted this Oscar de la Renta dress on Anu back in 08 only to see it on her again at the recently held Hello Hall Of Fame Awards 2010. Not that we are complaining, we happen to love this dress. Like last time, she once again paired the dress with a gold BV Knot but instead of the open-toed heels opted for pumps.

Love.

In Elie Saab

Months ago, we saw Aishwarya wear an Elie Saab from the same Spring 2010 collection and she looked amazing. Can’t say the same about this appearance of hers.

The whole gown falls so flat on her all thanks to the hair. This look could’ve used an updo or even soft curls. Anything but the plain straight hair.

In Neeta Lulla

Genelia attended Vivek’s wedding reception in a beige Neeta Lulla lehenga. The color was much too dull for a wedding reception and we weren’t big fans of the tiered style. Thank heavens Genelia added ruby earrings to the outfit to give it some color.

Golden Girls

We think it was pure coincidence that both the Poonawala ladies gave us golden looks on the same night at two different events. Michele was spotted at Bridal Week in a one-shouldered Halston Heritage lamé gown that she paired with a gold Dior clutch.

Natasha wore a sequin Dolce & Gabbana column gown at the Hello Hall Of Fame Awards pairing it with a black clutch to match the black trim on her gown.

We aren’t fans of lamé but Michele sure made it work without looking ridiculous. As for Natasha, the gown is amazing but the voluminous hair was too much for the look.

Thanks ‘fashionmeal’ for the ID.
