This was one couple that was in sync on the red carpet. While Twinkle shone in a grey shimmery one-shouldered Cue dress, hubby Akshay took to the red carpet in a matte-metallic suit. We think the duo looked great, but it was Twinkle who absolutely stole the show.

Both these ladies chose saris to wear on the red carpet at the recent awards and though both attempted to stray from the usual (what’s usual to them), it was an Almost for both of them. Vidya looked a tad overwhelmed and Sonali’s blingy blouse was a deal-breaker. Oh well, these lovely ladies will just have to contend with a near Hit for this time.

Neha’s Stardust appearance was very reminiscent of this appearance in another Peacock gown.
Am not complaining though. I like minimal look, it lets the gown be the spotlight.

Madhuri, Deepika and Twinkle weren’t the only ones to wear pink at the reception. Also in the color were these ladies. Of these three to wear saris, Shruti was our favorite. Divya’s look in the purple-and-pink sari just didn’t work. Sushma’s red-and-pink ombré sari wasn’t a favorite either.
Juhi and Narmada too took on hot-pink with their outfits. Though am on the fence over Juhi’s outfit itself, no denying the fact that she looked absolutely lovely.
Speaking of hot-pink, my favorite thus far has still been Twinkle’s look (even though Payal mildly disagrees with me). Love.

Like Anushka, Ameesha too skipped Indian-wear at Avantika and Imran’s wedding reception. But unlike the former, Ameesha opted for an evening gown. Thankfully.
As much as we would’ve loved to see Ms. Patel in Indian-wear, her gown was still more event appropriate (relatively) than Anushka’s dress.
