Catapulted to ‘IT’ status by a certain Ms. Lohan, the Pauric Sweeney Python Bag has found two fans in apna Bollywood too. Star wives, Twinkle and Suzanne, were spotted carrying the travel bag this year at two separate occasions as also was the lady who paired it with a simple white salwar/kurta.

While, I can’t bring myself to like the bag one bit (the silver and brown contrast is a bit too much for me), what are your thoughts?

P.S. Anyone know the lady in white?

If you’ve seen the movie, you probably noticed the purple bag that Deepika’s character ‘Meera’ carries around in Delhi. Although her outfits you can find at the nearest Shoppers Stop in India for a very reasonable price, her bag not only maybe hard to find since it is from a couple of seasons ago it is going to cost you much much more because this one retailed at about $995.

A bag that was hardly worth its $1000+ price tag just became priceless. Nop, it wasn’t because we spotted Amrita with this ugly Versace bag but because she got the legendary Dev Anand to sign it! 😛

This funny incident begs the question: Would you let a celebrity ever sign your bag (or a prized possesion)? Especially, if it is something you love a lot.

Of all the Just Cavalli gowns we’ve seen on her (see here and here), we have to say this one is an instant favorite. The color is just great on her and the Tod’s turquoise clutch provides a perfect contrast.

Doing Denim

I am not a big fan of denim dresses and partly because most of them are either the wrong shade of blue (read: too light blue) or just have a tacky fit. But I have to admit, I really like Ms. Padukone’s casual look. The dress’ dark color works really well with her gold accessories. She completes her look with a Prada messenger bag with gold hardware.
