While on the sets of a television show to promote her latest movie, Anushka was photographed in striped separates by Atsu. Jewelry from Black Balloon and pair of Louboutins rounded out her look.
The centre-parted slicked back hair and matching separates reminded me of another appearance of hers from not too long ago… At a soirée in Mumbai, Anushka was photographed in vintage velvet separates. Taupe sandals and pair of gold-toned hoops were her accessories of choice then.
Though both sets of separates are right up her alley, love the dusty pink velvet on her more; she worked that look. The striped graphic separates while striking, lost all impact because of the buttons on the top. Because of stark straight lines, every bit of curve gets exaggerated and in this case, the buttons looked ready to pop.

I really dont understand why she’s not wearing more desi suits. there’s many and such a variety to choose from ESPECIALLY when promoting this movie. even simple sarees.

Anushka is the polar opposite of almost everyone else in Bollywood – SHE DOESNT TRY TOO HARD! That’s half the battle won!!!
One of her rare misses… The pink suede suit looks like old faded upholstery fabric. The black and white strips reminds me of a circus tent!

Just – NO! that pink velvet monstrosity needs to be put back in the mothball filled trunk it was raided from!
