Once again, it was a Falguni and Shane Peacock sari for Anusha. And once again, can’t say we were fans of the sari nor of the way in which it was styled.

I think invitations to these events come with the dress code: “Turn up the tacky.” No other explanation for this ensemble for a music awards.

Sorry to burst your bubble but fashion doesn’t belong to a state, it’s a personal statement and not all marathi speaking girls are ‘uncool’. 🙂
I dnt think Jia meant Marathi mulgi as “uncool”… from what i read, Jia is just saying that Anusha’s interpretation is uncool…

that’s an ignorant statement. this is hardly the kind of sari a Marathi mulgi would wear.

to think that she hosted MTV Style Check…. (well for that matter, Soha hosted “what not to wear”)… but to think dat i actually looked up to her fashion-wise in my teens #notexactlyproud 🙁
