The dress is okish. She needs less severe hair and not heels. A more casual appproavh would have been ok.
Dewey makeup or no makeup look with a different hairdo ( messy bun or messy top knot ) would have looked better

But she reminds me of pics we see of stars before they have hit it big, meaning before they can afford an expensive team of hair and makeup artists, stylists, and of course designer clothes.
Like look at how Deepika looked before she hit it big?
I think she has styled herself here instead of using a team of professionals.
The dress is like you took some random printed cloth from a thaan and gave it to your darzi to stitch . Which is ok it’s just underwhelming and dull
