Oh god no. These shouldn’t be worn except if you’re stepping out for physical activity or want to chill at home. And I don’t get this pulling up the pants only on one leg/ankle…. Aka Rashmika. Have seen Akshay Kumar and Vijay Devarkonda do this too. So wierd
Good catch there – one leg pulled up has a host of “inner circle” connotations in this part of the world – none of them benign….a rabbit hole if someone wants to explore. More for the gents, so not cool to mimic trends blindly since pop culture has taken a dark turn in the Occident for a few years.
Jord, you are spot on regarding the connotations. Actually, the message is universal regarding these subtle signals. So either the actors know what they mean or are too naive and blindly follow trends.
Can’t decide which is the ugliest of them.
