In Twos

These ladies, who march to their own (sartorial) tunes, were spotted sporting long cotton kurta-dresses paired with clutches. We’d wear either one’s in a heartbeat.

WTHeyyy!!!

Cropped tops, we can handle. Cut-outs, we can get on board with. What Shenaz had on at a recent event, no! No. Not only did it seem inappropriate at the event in question given how everyone else was dressed, it also was just way too gimmick-ey.

In Anamika Khanna

Diana kept it simple in a black Anamika Khanna anarkali paired with jewellery by Amrapali. If we had a gripe about something, it had to be the black pumps that she paired the suit with. (see here.

In Bebe

Wearing a printed dress featuring a high-low hemline, Shruti unveiled Exhibit magazine’s latest issue. Now, this is more like it.

In Hervé Léger

It was back to the trusty Hervé Léger bandage dress for Natasha, this time a striped, sequined strapless one. Signature hair, BV Knot and Casadei neon pumps completed her look.

We’ve come to expect more from Natasha and this look felt like a complete cop-out. That said, thankful for the addition of those neon pumps that saved the look from being a total snooze-fest!
