The ‘Chamku’ Effect

We spotted Tulsi Kumar also trying to pass of a Ed Hardy tunic as a dress at the “Chamku” music launch. Unfortunately for Tulsi, her all-black outfit quickly earned a spot in a WTHeyy section thanks to all the camera flashes that made her leggings and tunic quite see-through!

not that bad actually.. here in europe many women wear sheer tights, that are sheer without the flashlight of a camera.. and actually i have got used to it.. so maybe..
white underclothing under a black tee? baaaaad idea

it would have been fine if the leggings were opaque but they look like tights to me.
